Gayle’s Greek Gourmet classes are cooking parties. Come and celebrate with us!
Classes begin with your choice of tea or brika coffee, with mezes (appetizers) while we get acquainted.
We will talk about Hellenic culture, variations on keftethes, suitable accompaniments, and wine pairings.
This is a hands-on class, participants will make keftethes together, and share a delicious light lunch.
Participants will leave with a tray of the keftethes they made and a package of our delicious rice pilaf mix to accompany. They will also take home a printed copy of the keftethes recipe,
