Our next class, on May 9, will be sauces & dips
We will make Harissa, Taramasalata, and both Balsamic and Lemon Salad Dressings
Students will make each item. Each student will leave with:
3 x 90 g Taramasalata
3 x 125 g Harissa
1 x Balsamic Dressing
1 x Lemon Salad Dressing
As with all of our classes, we will begin with introductions over your choice of Brika coffee or tea with a selection of our delicious dips and appetizers. We will also feast on fresh salad with these delicious dressings.
